Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Thank you for understanding!!
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free standard shipping to all countries through REGISTERED AIRMAIL and E-PACKET. Further note; for some countries we can use DHL, EMS and FEDEX due to fair cost as a result of good relationship already established with our service providers.
Delivery may take over 2 weeks and up to 4 depending on which country you live in and customs. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number.
We try to negotiate the fastest shipping and handling times with our international suppliers to get your items as soon as possible for the best prices.
Before we can ship your order, we have to prepare your order, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time, but don't worry, it doesn't take long.
If you have more than one item, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code because our products are sourced from different manufacturers.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.The tracking number (for orders with tracking) will be active within 24 - 48 hours and will be sent with shipment confirmation email.
For most products we have tracking available after it's been processed and you can check back on our website by clicking track order on the home page menu and then using your order#

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Glohama is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
